I find FlowKit to be super helpful for programmatically performing data analysis!
But when I defined the gating strategy within FlowKit, is there a way for me to figure out the values that I need to fill in for defining the gates, for example, what value I should use to define vertices for a polygon gate. Are those information need to be given by a immunologist or from some external tools? Does FlowKit offers a way to generate those gate automatically or some tools to guide people to figure out the right value for defining gates?
