Is it possible to integrate into an android application with native code using ndk with root permission?.

I am looking for possibility to build a android touch panel with baos support.
do anyone know is it possible to talk to baos module 832 using serial communication to the android panel using this library?.
Is there any possibility?.
i've not worked with android ndk before.

Although the SDK should compile with an arm toolchain for your device, the android platform is currently not supported by us and therefore we are unable to provide additional help.
