After struggling with Windows for several days, I find it necessary to containerize our app, which may benefits both developers and users.

I have created the Dockerfile and updated README.md

Now the size of image will be 1.3GB, can we rearrange dependencies and devDependencies so that NODE_ENV=production can make the image smaller?

@huan I find eslint does not run actually even in Github Actions.
