Send message

I have been trying to use textarea or textbox to receive input then send message. But it has quite a few problems.

• text area navigation not supported? chjj/blessed#121
• Events submit and cancel are mixed together in Textarea element chjj/blessed#329
• Better input for blessed chjj/blessed#369

Multiple line text input may not work since we use enter to trigger the send action and C-enter is captured as enter on many platforms. We can type <br>to start new line manually.
