实际在处理同步返回时是没有问题的，因为大多数取header时是会ignoreCase，但是建议还是按文档的来，否则容易引起误解，尤其是在处理回调时，比如使用spring mvc @RequestHeader获取header的Map,拿到的是Wechatpay-Timestamp，此时就拿不到Wechatpay-TimeStamp会导致验签失败
