[Feature]: Support inline markdown in sidebar

What problem does this feature solve?

Now the sidebar and outline in default theme only support pure text, sometimes we want to display the code、strong tag .

What does the proposed API look like?

If i write the following markdown:

# `Title of article`

Then sidebar item will render the inline code Title of article. Like the following font style:
