If a HTTP sender receives a 400 response, Ladybug does not give the output a red cross #347

When a HTTP sender gives a 400 response code, the end checkpoint does not have a red cross. See picture:

Expected behavior is that the highlighted node should have a red cross. And also the end nodes of enclosing scopes. When an adapter calls another adapter and when that other adapter throws a Java exception, there are red crosses as shown below:

This is a backend issue, as the frontend just shows an icon based on the type of checkpoint
