Usually if under review it will still get past validation and warn Error: Can't publish extension as your extension submission is in progress. Please try again later. but I noticed the last 3 attempts for adamlui/perplexity-omnibox under review show this instead

I noticed the same phenomenon for adamlui/brave-omnibox which was not under review but failed with same error 1st time
