CI currently only runs the build process for Windows; we should add builds for Mac (and possibly Linux) too.

We won’t be able to do this (for Mac) until issue #33 is resolved, so this may be shelved for a while.
We could try building for a previous version of MacOS, but this isn’t super high priority so it’ll more likely end up waiting.
