See this Notebook using global scale data. Can we improve on this AND use NWM subsetting of forcing with forecasts linked to virus forecasts?

This is a significant long term usefulness in the context of climate change research, including wild bird transmission of virus, and related landscape changes connected to viral epidemiology (mutation and transmission).

Weather: Maybe 10 oF increases the doubling time 2x (steady-state reduction in exterior virus levels by 50% per
Pubmed 22312351, plus reducing time × concentration of people indoors).
