Problem with the horizontal scrolling In IE 8 :
Slider width size is negative, because tableWidth property, used to calculate it equals to 0.
Issue can be reproduced by opening http://handsontable.com/demo/scroll.html in IE8

This issue should be now fixed in version 0.9.0-beta2

I will close this ticket when it gets merged to the master branch (gets out of beta)
