increase maximum column width from 200 to 1000

I probably don't understand this function but a limit of 200 pixels for a column seems to be too little. I've increased it to 1000

Marcin told me that the restriction of 200px is there because of another bug related to the cell editor. Once he's fixed it, he can do something about this. Maybe we don't need a limit at all.

This is connected with #360. Handsontable does not work reliably when cell width is larger than table width. This issue will be closed when this issue is solved and we have a working demo for it.

max column width should be more than 200, maybe restrict it to less than table width, but certainly makes sense to make it more than 200.
