[Bug]: uninterruptable cast bar boarder issue

What happened?

Whe I disable boarders and the shield icon for uninterruptible casts, I still get an boarder when an uninterruptable cast is finished. Like an animation for a spilit second. I disabled all other addons and made a video of the issue.

This only happens with uninterruptable casts. And looks kinda ugly in my normal ui.
