Android 12 Permission denied issue

I am using udp2raw_arm for my android application. I have copied it in my assets folder and then copied it into my apps internal storage but when i try to execute the file it says permission denied. From Android 12 files can not be executed from apps storage. Is there any solution or alternative solution for it. My decice is non rooted
