clearSpan引发的卡顿 #65

当emoji输入很多之后（200个以上），在输入框靠前的位置输入文字，就能明显感觉到卡顿，查了下，貌似是Filter中的clearSpan导致的，先移除光标之后的Span，再匹配加上Span，性能会比较差吧，有没有优化方法
