Migrating Plugfest/Events/Testing results to another structured place

Testing results should be moved to another, more structured place other than the issues tab, because the current situation makes it hard to follow the real issues regarding testing and the amount of "issues" regarding results will increase and will never be closed, making it more hard to track results in the long run. In this regard, two options present themselves to solve this issue:

1. We can use the GitHub wiki functionality to document and archive results in structured way
2. We can just document all the results in a markdown file in the folder of the event

• Pro's of GitHub Wiki:

  • Wiki format will make it easy to structure the information about the results
  • In the wiki it is easy to have an overview of the all events and their results in one place
  • No need to navigate the folder system to find the results

• Cons's of Wiki:

  • A new thing that needs to be maintained
  • There is the need to investigate features of the wiki
  • If the wiki does not allow for regulated/reviewed contributions from the outside, then it becomes quite tricky to use in our scenario.
  • Need to check W3C regulations
  • For some reason, I cannot open a new wiki in the repository

• Pro's of MD files in repository:

  • A clear mapping of the results to resources in the repository
  • No need to maintain the wiki
  • easy contribution via PRs

• Con's of MD files in repository:

  • Need to navigate folders system
  • No overview of all event and their results
