Requests for Wide Review and Horizontal Review

DAPT WR outgoing liaisons sent to coordination groups listed in the Charter, and liaison organisations.

HR request sent to APA WG

Some members of APA WG responded to the WR request quickly to comment that the name DAPT looks like a typo of ADAPT (which would be a name clash with WAI-Adapt). Raised as issue w3c/dapt#167

Editors meeting: prepared wiki pages for Horizontal Review

• Accessibility (FAST) self-review
• Wide Review email template
• Wide Review outreach log and liaisons list

Status update on next steps:

• Address open issues, merge pull requests etc
• Request HR from remaining groups

Security and Privacy review is currently missing and required.
We also depend on Registries but have not yet created the required Registries as referenced by the specification.

Agenda+ TPAC 2023 planning

TPAC Schedule announced: https://www.w3.org/2023/09/TPAC/schedule.html - TTWG Meeting Tuesday 12th September, with joint meetings on Monday 11th September.

• Are we able to identify any likely agenda topics at this stage?

Joint meeting request from APA alongside MEIG

Request for joint meeting with TTWG and MEIG all but confirmed for Thursday 1430-1630. Rough agenda:

• Needs we have identified for markup in chapter titles (this relates to AAC/symbols primarily)
• Interlinear publications
• Specialised handling/rendering of embedded media (like MusicXML)
• Multiple tracks of sign language
• SSML in DAPT and HTML
• Media Accessibility User Requirements (we also have a MEIG meeting on this on 11 July)

@chrisn has requested more detail and context for each of these.
