Regarding driving - in Virginia you can drive during the daylight only with 20/70 acuity. In Oklahoma you can get a restricted license with 20/100. In some states like Virginia you can also drive with 20/200 if you have bioptic telescopes which provide acuity in allowed ranges. |

SAPC Standard Observer Monitor and Environment
This is the SAPC standard observer model. This is based on the currently available research and data. We are developing studies to collect additional data, in particular, sampling user settings of their monitor's brightness/contrast and the effect on the resultant display characteristics, and differences in manufacturer implementation of ambient light compensation.
The standard environmental model shall comprise
font-size: 18.8px;
