The spec currently says

Essentially, a graph term represents an occurrence of an RDF graph

  • the use of "RDF graph" in this sentence is not strictly correct, it should be "N3 graph" (a graph term can contain other graph, so it goes )
  • the use of "occurrence" can be misleading, because according to the semantics, all isomorphic graph terms denote (represent) the same thing
