[BUG] Binary distributed with non-standard owner and group #491

Describe the bug
The linux binary vultr-cli_v3.4.0_linux_amd64 is packaged with owner 1001 and group 127.

Expected behavior
The owner and group should be standardized to root:root (0:0) for *nix binaries before distribution.
