[Bug Report][3.6.13] VSnackbar timer not updated when timeout changes

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.6.13
Vue Version: 3.4.30
Browsers: Edge 126.0.0.0
OS: Windows

Steps to reproduce

1. Set timeout to some value and use timer when mounting the snackbar
2. Change the timeout duration
3. Show snackbar

Expected Behavior

The timer strip would update its countdown counter when changing timeout

Actual Behavior

The timer keeps the initial timeout value and no longer displays remaining time correctly

If someone is looking for workaround, just add v-if="visible" to the snackbar. This will recreate the snackbar with new timeout.
