Bug w/ AutoComplete on Tablet when v-click-outside is installed

So our team just spent a couple of days trying to track down why selecting items in the drop down menu using autocomplete closes the menu and doesn't select the items (on tablets only). We narrowed it down to a library installed called v-click-outside that doesn't appear to be compatible with vuetify autocomplete components when using smaller devices. Funny thing is we were only able to reproduce this on the actual devices. Emulating in a browser window would not reproduce it.
