[BUG] Display of country name in checkout forms #1241

As mentioned by Jorge Nuricumbo in Slack (https://vuestorefront.slack.com/archives/CT7AQR695/p1604708714218000), currently the whole country object is printed in address pickers (ShippingAddressUserForm and BillingAddressUserForm).
