German translation for vuejs.org

I did not find any German translation, only one is closed.
Is there one ongoing where I can help? If not I like to continio with was has done so far.

Hi Ben, thanks for the answer, but over 16 month there is nothing going on anymore.

@supersam777 In that case, I would recommend pinging the maintainer to see if they are still interested in working on it. And in the meantime, you should probably fork the existing German translation and then let people know that you'll be actively working on this one instead so people don't get confused.
