The first final version!

What is has:

• Four different animations to present the alert controller.
• Proper custom transitions that happen during the modal presentation, not after the view appears.
• Full UI customization over actions and alerts.
• Support for images in alerts and a provided image template.

What it's missing:

• UIAppearance customization is only supposed in UIAlertAction, not UIAlertController
• Several upcoming transition / animation options
