Add an option to skip toot hashtags

When exporting to markdown to copy to a blog or other media, the hashtags of each toot get in the way, it would be nice to have an option that enables the user to ignore them.

And, maybe, list them at the end if some people want to copy them to another tool (mindmap, note taking application, blog, etc.)

I think they should be grouped and displayed in the header / footer unconditionally - that would improve the readibility
