Remove staged file after deploy #58

It would be nice to have an option to delete the staged temporary file after it has been deployed.

This is difficult to achieve with multiple platform support with define resource wrapping execs. I have a type and provider module that supports this functionality: https://github.com/nanliu/puppet-archive#module-description
