I want to exclude Velero VolumeSnapshotLocation/BackupStorageLocation resources from backups and the easiest way to achieve it is by annotating them with velero.io/exclude-from-backup: true. Both resource templates [1, 2] do not provide an ability to configure annotations like Schedule template does and adding it should not take a lot of time. More than happy to open a PR that fixes.

Allow passing annotations from values files.
