Sorry Jen. I'm not sure. I don't have a 2019 environment to try it.
However the only concern is around the compatibility between IIS and PHP.
If you could install the same version of IIS (10) and PHP (5) on 2019, it should work.
Thanks Jerry, have you tried it on any other version of Windows server? FYI, I installed
php-7.3.10 on my current 2012 web commander and it works. So I guess I could try 2019 myself. I'll get to it at some point and report back.
