clarity-seed-systemjs branch fails to compile with npm install

'#npm install' command fails on the systemjs branch with the error
MSBUILD : error MSB4132: The tools version "2.0" is unrecognized. Available tools versions are "4.0".
Build FAILED.

Downloaded the systemjs branch seed project zip from the link https://github.com/vmware/clarity-seed/tree/systemjs and gave npm install after unzipping. No change to code. Tried yarn also , but got the same error.
