Reproduction Steps

Use the playground for the code above.

Expected Behavior

The code above should only return TITLE.

Current Behavior

Output:

TITLE
This
is
a
test

This indicates that the regex tokens ^ (for beginning of word/line) and $ (for end of word/line) are ignored. Compare the result on regex101.com with the same expression to verify that only TITLE should be matched.
