Overview of the Issue

Since https://github.com/vitessio/vitess/pull/13449/files#diff-8def86932cffeb269eeae05e1b3685dfc65cf3222ddfe97815f5db0838ebb1b1R1134 logging is noisy with a message when vtorc retrieves the full status of a tablet.

Reopening this one since there's still noise from this one. We also log on running the command line on the MySQL pod, we haven't cleaned that up.
