Dynamic variable import map support

Description

I would like to be able to load specific modules dynamically using imports maps.

export function importImportMapModule(importMapID: string) {
    return import(importMapID)
}

Which avoids the drawback of dynamic imports not having deep variable imports or having to specify the extension.

Suggested solution

This should be possible since import maps and dynamic imports individuall are supported.
