Defect Description:
In the experiment page when we click on 'no files selected', a file upload popup box is displaying on the screen to chose a file where no action should be performed when we click on 'no files selected

In the experiment page when we click on 'no files selected', a file upload popup box is displaying on the screen to chose a file.
