Naming of JS files in distribution? #1150

I wondered whether it would be less confusing if the video.js file was renamed to video.min.js and video.dev.js was renamed to video.js? This seems to match the pattern used by the CSS files.

I was confused, because video.dev.js sounds as if it might be a less stable version of the code, but perhaps this is a well known standard in the JS world?

This renaming is schedules for version 5.0 of videojs so as not to break people who are currently using the current file naming scheme.
