Sadly, I think a lot has been lost in this update. The window is so much smaller and unwieldy, I'd missed info initially!! (like the channel ID which I thought was gone). Don't get me wrong, I love the tool, and have been using and enjoying it for months!!! But this feels like a bit of a step back, from my point of view.

Edit: I did run into a issue where it was trying to delete comments from an archived thread and couldn't, and pressing the stop button wouldn't put an end to the loop.

My main goal was to make it more user friendly specially for new users, I know it can cause initial confusion for former users that were used to the way it was before.

You can still only fill the server id (I renamed it because most discord users, non developers don't know what a guild is).

About the window being small it is resizable now. You can resize it from the bottom right (I have to make some changes to be able to resize it from the left side).

And about the stop button I will check

There's a couple bugs when using this version, but it's definitely more user friendly. Did it have to be changed to be more user friendly? Not really imo, it was fairly intuitive to use even before the update, but it's a welcomed change nonetheless.

As others have noticed, the stop button doesn't work. Another issue is that once a delete request has been completed, I'm unable to start another delete request unless I refresh. This occurs for DMs, not sure about servers. Initiating another delete request for a different channel id without refreshing the desktop app doesn't properly execute.

And a minor change I'd like to see would be streamer mode being on by default instead of an option you have to click on each time when opening the extension.

This version does not seem to be able to delete messages by all users in bulk because the authorId field is required. I admin a server where I need to be able to bulk delete all messages from all users after a certain period and the previous version was great for that! If you are able to re-enable this feature it would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

I would suggest adding a mode to switch to back to legacy if possible. Also sometimes comment deletion is blocked when using before message with id filter in this version. Again would highly advise first sentence.

I do appreciate the interface for new users.

The way it is now is a lot better, in my opinion. I personally find it easier and more informational. When I used it before, it would always give me errors. It would also stop for a while before continuing to delete messages again. There is one feature I wish this had. I wish there were a way to filter messages that would avoid being deleted from the filter category. The only filter this has right now is to delete messages that contain the text you type in.

Wanna know what would be better? Make it a plugin for vencord, better discord, and aliucord
