As title, shall we explicitly put it in one of the conf file with its default value?

We should put all available conf items in one .conf file (to enable documents to include them all), if we are not planning to make the configuration surface huge(to introduce burden to users), another conf file like nebula-graph.superuser.conf could be created to include all of them.
