Describe the bug(must be provided)
When I deploy 3 clusters on 3 centos vm, a vm shutdowns abnormally and then many operations like create tag have problems

  • OS: uname -a
    Linux localhost 3.10.0-862.el7.x86_64 Parser framework #1 SMP Fri Apr 20 16:44:24 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
  • CPU: lscpu

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
do as deploy-cluster-on-docker

Would you clean the data path of storage and retry, the core says there are some wal logs previously.
