What parameters should user put for MiMCSponge(1, 220, 1) from "circomlib/mimcsponge.circom"?

Thanks for creating this tool! Is there an example about which curve to select and also what inputs should I put in the interactive website?

I am checked the mimcsponge.circom file but still don't know what value to use.
