Fonts not sharp enough

• OS version and name: Mac OS X 10.12.6 (16G29, Sierra)
• Hyper.app version: 1.4.8 (Stable)

Issue

I'm quite ready to switch from default Mac Terminal, but I find fonts are not sharp enough. I have used 12px Hack in both, here's the screenshot for comparison:

Any idea how to have as sharp fonts as in Terminal?

It should be fixed in our v2 (already available on our canary update channel).

Just switched to canary, but don't see any change.

how do we set this up on 2.0.0?

Tried this but does not make a difference

    // default font weight: 'normal' or 'bold'
    fontWeight: '100', // or lighter

    // font weight for bold characters: 'normal' or 'bold'
    fontWeightBold: '200', // or normal

I might be hitting #51 though as this is on a secondary non-retina monitor

This seems to help but it says "deprecated setting". Anyway, as long as it works.
