What happened?

Please improve the Windows 11 System Requirements bypass by adding a value at the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup

Type: DWORD
Value: AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU
Data: 1

I think AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU is only used when upgrading to 11, not in the PE. I tried installing Win 11 22H2 in a VM with the LabConfig bypasses & it worked without issues. On a side note, the BypassStorageCheck value should be removed as it actually doesn't do anything. (#1990)
