[Feature Request] Add architecture (Intel/Arm) label to metrics

It would be useful to have a label on metrics like anka_nodes_instance_capacity that can be used to break down cluster capacity by architecture (Intel/Arm). As customer behavior and product direction evolves (generally Arm builds are increasing and Intel builds are decreasing), this will help us ensure we are providing adequate capacity for each build architecture.
