Setup a testing matrix

This is well worth the effort and it's something we do on our other libraries. The matrix should test:

1. All of the major and minor versions of node that we support
2. All of the major and minor version of each library we support.
3. The omissions of libraries.

This is why we moved to Travis for our libraries. Setting up matrices on Travis is much easier than Circle.
