I'm not sure what this means. But I'll keep it open for a few months, anyway.

This was partially a reminder for me to go through and add various gems.
but for you I guess it means change/add things in the files below to match DL values :

The google webmaster tools is something we will do once the site goes live. It doesn't make sense to have google index or crawl a QA site.
