seahtrue functions used in book are outdated

seahtrue functions are manually loaded in the webr interface (because the package was not submitted yet when the book was made). Some of the functions have improvements that are not incorporates. I need to investigate whether

1. I can directly load the the bioconductor functions in webr, (viaeg webr:: install)
2. find a way to easily have the newest functions in the book (manually)
