The data included in the embed the bot sends after running the /user command contains some invalid values, like:

  • The user's status (online, dnd, etc.)
  • The user's possible custom status
  • Possibly other data
     
    Also the user's avatar is just a link in an embed fields, and it just generally looks bad.
