Steps to build and run the code
1)Copy all the files from the folder into the destination folder.
2)Run the command chmod 777 buildBarnesTree.sh
3)Run the file using the command :  
	./buildBarnesTree.sh.
  This will build the executable and will create the output directory in the present directory
4)Now run the code using the following format
	./Barnes <noOfParticles> <noOfSteps>
5)This will run code and after the completion of the program the snapshot of the initial particle distribution and the final 			   	particles distribution will be stored in the output files in the folder output

Note: All the slurm scripts are provided in the folder "Slurm Script"
