Disable rounded corners wont work on 24H2 26100

Describe the bug

Disable rounded corners for application windows wont work, and the function checkbox will automatically become unchecked after restart File Explorer.

Expected outcome

After restart File Explorer, windows corners should be rectangular.

Actual outcome

The function checkbox will automatically become unchecked after File Explorer restarted.

This works on ARM64, but not yet on x64 due to issues with my new method on JetBrains IDEs with New UI. However, I think I may just go ahead and make my new method be used on x64 on the next EP version, this will push them to make a fix for it anyways.
