Outline doesn't show selection for newly added component

Steps to reproduce

1. Open an empty design
2. Drag and drop a new snippet to either outline or paper

Actual behavior

The component is selected in the paper, properties table shows the list of properties but outline doesn't show selection

Expected behavior

The component is selected in the paper, properties table shows the list of properties and outline shows selection

IDE, Designer and OS version

Intellij, Designer 4, any

Problem in deletion too. After deleting a component there's no selection in outline and several components cannot be deleted in succession.
