Viewport size preset cannot be added

Steps to reproduce

1. Type in a viewport size, e.g. "350 200".
2. Open the ComboBox and select "Add current (350 x 200)..."
3. Type in the preset name

Actual behavior

Preset cannot be added.

The input focus is left on the toolbar combobox instead of the "add preset pop-up", and the input field for the preset name cannot be focused.

Expected behavior

The user is able to enter the preset name. The input focus is in the field where the user is supposed to enter the preset name. The text "Preset name" is highlighted in the input field.

IDE, Designer and OS version

IntelliJ IDEA 2018.1.1, Designer 3.0.0.alpha7, macOS.
